Holly Willoughby wows in starry ski suit as she offers update on break from ITV This Morning

Holly Willoughby even brought style to the slopes as she shared a look inside her recent break after finishing her run on This Morning for 2022. Fans of the ITV daytime show were left complaining when the presenter and her co-host Phillip Schofield hosted their last show before their lengthy festive break last week.

The hosting duo took over last Friday's show (December 9) in an unusual move as the last show of the week is usually hosted by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary. But Holly and Phillip took over as it was their final one before they take a break for Christmas.

At the time, @Brekkietweets tweeted: "I'm not saying Holly and Phil go on their Christmas break earlier and earlier every year but I'm not sure if they've finished up today for Christmas 2022 or Christmas 2023. #ThisMorning." @aaronleemitchel quipped: "Phil and Holly are finishing for Christmas already?! At this rate they’ll be finishing at Hallowe'en in a few years. #ThisMorning."

But Holly didn't take any notice and has now shared an update on what she has been getting up to with her time off. The 41-year-old posted a snap of herself donning a starry ski suit while standing in the snow in front of a huge chalet. She appeared to be getting her eldest son, Harry, ready for the freezing temperatures on the slopes as he stood with his back to the camera in his own snowsuit and bobble hat.

"Back after a dreamy escape to the snow for [skiing] and [fondue] … " Holly typed alongside her snap which she shared with her 8.1 million followers. "The beautiful #chaletgriffonner was our home for the last few days. Thank you @hunterchalets for looking after us… so special, memories to cherish for life. Special mention to Ella, Flora and Daisy for being kind and brilliant and Craig… holy moly that man can cook!!!! #ski #morzine."

But fans were more focused on Holly's attire. @wotmate1099 said: "Love your outfit!" @lindsay_witte commented: "The snowsuit Wow." @clarelouisewain typed: "That outfit," alongside a love heart eyes emoji. @ebarmby added: "Absolutely love your ski suit."

Holly had already been getting in the festive spirit as she enjoyed a Christmas train ride with some of her famous pals. The mum-of-three took to Instagram earlier this month to share a glimpse at her day with her closest girlfriends, including Spice Girl Emma Bunton and All Saints' Nicole Appleton.

The video, made up of photos and clips which Holly posted to her millions of Instagram followers, showed the group heading off the train station where they boarded a luxury train, or more specifically the Bellmond British Pullman train, where they sipped champagne, and enjoyed a personal performance from The Spitfire Sisters.

The video also showed Holly and her close pals tucking into some delicious-looking food while appearing to be enjoying themselves immensely, enjoying a giggle, pulling crackers and singing along to the festive tunes.

Alongside a montage of their trip she wrote, "All aboard the Christmas Train… dreamy day with my girls @ruby1kid @emmaleebunton @shishib #nikidemetz …" But there was one member of the girl gang missing as the presenter added: "We missed you @christinelampard."
