Holly Willoughby and Nicole Scherzinger lead glamour alongside Kate Moss at Jubilee Pageant

Holly Willoughby looked stunning as she posed with Rylan Clark and Coronation Street stars for the final day of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

The 41-year-old This Morning presenter teamed up with other stars as they attended the Jubilee Pageant on Sunday.

She was pictured on a bus beside bubbly BBC Radio 2 host Rylan and Corrie's Antony Cotton.

The group were in good spirits as they partied together to celebrate the Queen's 70-year reign.

Holly wowed in a photo that was posted on Rylan's Instagram Story, with full glam makeup and neatly styled hair.

The Dancing On Ice host wore a stunning floral dress which featured a crossover front.

She was pictured waving at fans from the top of a bus, looking extremely excited as she partied with others.

Meanwhile, Rylan looked as stylish as ever in a white suit, as he did a peace sign for the camera.

Kate Moss also appeared at the event, showing off her catwalk-ready figure in a cropped jacket that had the Union Jack printed onto it.

She was dancing on the top of the bus, with all eyes on her.

Nicole Scherzinger blew fans away as she also turned up at the event - wearing an all cream outfit.

The former Pussycat Dolls singer turned up in a dress that showed off her shoulders, pairing the outfit with a large fascinator.

Sir Cliff Richard, Catherine Jenkins and Chris Eubank were also seen at the parade.

They appeared in good spirits for day four of the Jubilee celebrations.

The singer said it still feels like the "grandest honour" to be near the royal family years later from his first interaction.

Speaking to AJ Odudu, Sir Cliff revealed: "Every time you have to be with the royalty, all those moments are great because all these years later, it still feels like the grandest honour.

"Where else in the world can you get a chance to do something like this?"

Supermodel Naomi Campbell was on the bus as she joined the pageant with many other huge celebrity names.

Great British Bake Off's Prue Leith was spotted at the pageant, too.

The TV star was pictured in a convertible car with the roof down, waving to her fans as she drove along.

Last night, the Queen's Platinum Jubilee party kicked off - with thousands of fans gathering to see the concert.

Rock legends Queen started the show, with the likes of Alicia Keys, Hans Zimmer, Ella Eyre, Craig David and Mabel performing later on.

Elbow and George Ezra will also shared the three-stage set up with the likes of Duran Duran, Andrea Bocelli, Mimi Webb, Sam Ryder, Jax Jones, Celeste, Nile Rodgers, Sigala and Diversity.

Fans were going crazy in the crowd as Queen and Adam Lambert opened the show with classic hit We Will Rock You.

Prince William and Kate Middleton were seen cheering from the front row, sitting with their children Princess Charlotte and her older brother Prince George.

Diana Ross topped off the show stopping concert as she sang a few different songs that the Royals are a fan of.
