Holly Willoughby laughed as she told This Morning viewers that her self-esteem is pretty 'low' at the moment as she faces a bit of a battle at home. The presenter was back at the helm of the ITV daytime programme on Tuesday (March 7) alongside Phillip Schofield.
The pair kicked off the second show of the week with the latest This Morning's View segment where they were joined live in the studio by Sonia Sodha while Nick Ferrari joined the trio via video link from the LBC studio.
One of the stories being discussed was new research which suggests spending half an hour with dogs a week makes us more successful. A study by pet care retailer Rover has found 88 percent of dog owners have seen a rise in self-esteem since getting their dog.
