Holly Willoughby has responded to Josie Gibson’s comments about her after the pair hosted This Morning together. After the news of Phillip Schofield’s affair scandal broke, Holly returned to the ITV show on Monday, June 5.
Holly was joined by Josie on Monday and Tuesday on This Morning, then on Wednesday Craig Doyle appeared alongside Holly for the third show of the week. After hosting with the mum-of-three, Josie shared a lovely message to Holly on social media..
Taking to Instagram, Josie wrote: "Thank you to this legend and her infectious energy!!! @hollywilloughby you are such a fabulous broadcaster...loved our last two days together. Passing the baton onto @craigadoyle I will be out in the sunshine bringing you an incredible competition from a canal boat. Don't miss us tomorrow from 10am on @thismorning."

As Birmingham Live reports, Holly has now broken her silence, posting a snap of the pair - with a yellow love heart. The comment comes after Eamonn Holmes spoke out on Holly’s return to the show, she said that Josie was the "star" of the show.
"The star of the show yesterday, for me, was Josie Gibson. It's lovely to hear a West Country accent, isn't it?" Eamonn commented. "Absolutely, so warm and there aren't enough West County accents on the TV," Isabel Webster, his co-star, agreed.
