The Celebrity Juice panel looked on in horror as Holly Willoughby fell down the stairs on the show's final episode.
The This Morning presenter filmed the programme's last ever episode last week. Holly was one of the original team captains on the comedy programme and appeared on it until 2020.
She reprised her role on the Happy Ending episode alongside Fearne Cotton and Keith Lemon. The last episode will be broadcast tonight and will also feature current team captains Emily Atack and Laura Whitmore.

Will Mellor is also on the show and a first look at the episode shows the Strictly star gasp after Holly was involved in an on-air accident. Holly is competing against Fearne in one of the challenges that involves taking a piece of cardboard from the audience back to the desks.
However, the mum of three sparks gasps from the crowd when she takes a tumble while wrestling Fearne for the cardboard piece. Fortunately, Holly was fine to continue with the game.
Holly took to Instagram before the last episode was filmed to share a snap of her outfit alongside an emotional statement. She said: " a heavy heart it’s time to say goodbye and thank you to @celebjuiceofficial … The final farewell outfit and it’s a nod to the legend that is @keithlemon … oosh… love you."
Celebrity Juice: The Happy Ending will air tonight at 10pm on ITV2.
