Holly Willoughby has said that her self-esteem was pretty 'low' at the minute as she joked about her pet dog on This Morning. The presenter was back at the helm of the ITV daytime programme on Tuesday (March 7) alongside Phillip Schofield.
The pair kicked off the second show of the week with the latest This Morning's View segment where they were joined live in the studio by Sonia Sodha while Nick Ferrari joined the trio via video link from the LBC studio.
One of the stories being discussed was new research which suggests spending half an hour with dogs a week makes us more successful. A study by pet care retailer Rover has found 88 percent of dog owners have seen a rise in self-esteem since getting their dog, Manchester Evening News reports.
