Holly Willoughby has said she considered having a fourth child as she admitted she was “jealous” when comedian Katherine Ryan announced her pregnancies.

The TV star, 45, shares son Harry, 17, and Chester, 10, and daughter Belle, 15, with TV producer husband Dan Baldwin.
