Holly Hagan has shared her body transformation journey from five years ago to now.
The former Geordie Shore, 29, spoke openly about her regrets over having plastic surgery after a "lifetime of weight issues, eating disorder and being bullied for being fat" as she took to Instagram on Wednesday.
Sharing a video of herself in lingerie five years ago and now, Holly said the surgery she had was enough to "pay for a house deposit" and after two Brazilian Butt Lifts, it has left her with a "saggy deflated bag of jelly".
Urging her followers to think twice about going under the knife for a ''quick fix", Holly said she "couldn't be happier" after overhauling her health and fitness and training to become a PT.
She wrote: "5 years ago to now I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the changes I have made to my lifestyle to get me where I am today.
"The first video was after not one but TWO rounds of BBL. I didn’t go into these surgeries lightly. It took years of appearance based abuse before I finally decided enough was enough and I was going to get the body of my dreams! How wrong was I!"
Holly said she as she rose to fame on the MTV show, she would get weekly messages offering free surgery.
Aged just 22 at the time, the television personality said she was young and impressionable due to her insecurities over her weight and being trolled online over her appearance.
Despite the offers, Holly said she paid for the surgery herself, as it wasn't something she ever wanted to promote to her fans.
She said: "As much as I tried to hide it, it was pretty noticeable and instead the comments just went from 'fat s**g' to 'too much surgery she looked better before' overnight.
"I was left with such an awful amount of shame having paid so much money, equivalent to a house deposit. To be left looking worse than when I started.
"SURGERY WILL NOT SOLVE THE ISSUES YOU HAVE WITH FOOD!!"
Holly said it was only when she met her footballer fiancé Jacob Blyth "it finally clicked".
She continued: "This is 3 years of hard graft day in day out practicing what I preach. With the knowledge I have now I’ve only actually been in an actual gym twice this year and have made aerobic fun dance workouts that work for me.
"But the point is I’m having to live with the saggy deflated bag of jelly I have left for a bum and there’s no way I’m going through more surgery to attempt to fix it so I will live with my mistakes.
"I’m proud of the healthy, balanced, non restrictive lifestyle I’ve managed to achieve and if me sharing my story helps even one person reconsider surgery it was worth sharing."
