No Hojbjerg or Romero
Following Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Cristian Romero's absence from the Tottenham squad against Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon, all eyes were on the Spurs players involved in open training at Hotspur Way. The former had missed out against the Magpies through a thigh issue, with the latter having a calf problem.
Both were spotted with the rest of the Tottenham squad in the gym ahead of training but the injured duo did not come out when their teammates begin the session on the grass. Instead they remained back inside and carried on working as they look to get back to fitness ahead of a busy few weeks for the club.
Antonio Conte will provide an update on the duo when he speaks to the media at 2pm.

Richarlison and Kulusevski in the gym
The injuries to Hojbjerg and Romero have come at a bad time for Tottenham, with the team not in a good run of form at the minute having lost their past two games. As well as that, the pair have also joined Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison on the sidelines, thus leaving Conte without four of his key players.
It's still not clear when the attackers will return, with Conte claiming at the end of last week that he is worried that Kulusevski may not be back until after the World Cup. The pair were once again not involved in Tottenham training but they were working on their fitness in the gym when the rest of the squad were outside on the training pitch.
Spurs desperately need both back as soon as possible, with things just not clicking in the final third at the moment.
Bissouma and White share moment
Yves Bissouma appears to have acclimatised rather well to his new surroundings at Tottenham Hotspur following his summer move from Brighton & Hove Albion. Speaking in Sunday's official programme for the Newcastle game, Rodrigo Bentancur said the Mali international "has been great" since he arrived and that he's settled into the group really well.
With the Tottenham players emerging from the changing room and coming out on to the pitch in dribs and drabs, Bissouma was seen alongside Spurs youngster Harvey White. The pair appeared to be having a laugh as they lined up to do their warm up, with the former Brighton man having his arm around his fellow midfielder, who then started patting his teammate on the chest.
First-team opportunities may not have been there for White but he is clearly well liked and respected by all the squad having trained day in, day out, with the team over the past year or so.
