Is there a Hobbs free delivery option?
Yes. When you spend over £150, your order will become eligible for their free standard delivery option. For orders less than £150, standard delivery costs £3.95. Alternatively, you can also opt for click and collect free of charge.
Does Hobbs have a Black Friday sale?
Yes! You can shop the Hobbs Black Friday sale on their dedicated page, where you can save on everything from dresses and coats to knitwear, shoes, and more. Make sure to shop around Friday 28th November, so you don't miss out.
When is the next Hobbs sale?
You can usually find the best discounts during their normal end-of-season sale periods. Alternatively, you can save up to 50% on some of their most popular items on the dedicated sales page.
Can I get a Hobbs discount code for my first order?

What is the Hobbs returns policy?
If you'd like to return your Hobbs order, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to do so. All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to reach you.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
Our business model works by commission, so when you click one of our offers and then make a purchase on the brand’s website, we get a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent as our offers have helped connect you with the brand.
