A historic Edinburgh tea room is now searching for a new owner to take over the cafe.
Tucked into Chalmers Close just off the Royal Mile, the snug little eatery has seen hundreds of locals and tourists come through its doors over the years.
However, what was formerly Forsyth's tearoom is now lying empty, with the search on to find a new occupier for the premises.
