An Edinburgh cinema has shared some incredible throwbacks after over 80 years in the business.

The Dominion picture house on Newbattle Terrace has long been an iconic staple of the city, with the independent venue running for decades.

First opening before WWII in January of 1938, the art deco style cinema has been beautifully cared for over the years, retaining its classic and individual look.
