Himachal Pradesh is likely to see active monsoon conditions through September 3, with isolated heavy rainfall forecast in several districts, even as 98 roads remained blocked and 107 distribution transformer regions were disrupted across the state, officials said.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for heavy rainfall in seven districts on September 1, with Chamba, Kangra, Mandi, Shimla, Bilaspur, Solan and Sirmaur expected to receive heavy spells.
