SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh on Friday registered 20 new Covid-19 positive cases and 13 recoveries.
With these new detections, the total number of positive cases in the state rose to 2,84,459, of which 212 cases are active.
So far, 2,80,115 patients have recovered while 4,113 patients have died.
A total of 45,48,406 people have been tested for Covid-19 till date, of which 42,63,947 people tested negative.
Since 7pm on Thursday, at least 2,679 samples were tested in the state.
Three positive cases were reported from Chamba district, six from Kangra district, seven from Shimla district and one each from Mandi district, Sirmaur district, Solan district and Una district.
Those recovered include three from Chamba district, two each from Kangra district, Mandi district and Shimla district and one each from Sirmaur district, Solan district, Bilaspur district and Hamirpur district.
Bilaspur district has five active cases, Chamba district has 28, Hamirpur district has 10, Kangra district has 36, Kinnaur district eight, Kullu district has three, Lahaul-Spiti district has one, Mandi district has 66, Shimla district has 32, Sirmaur district has three, Solan district has seven whereas Una district has 13.
