SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh on Monday registered 13 new Covid-19 cases taking the cumulative tally to 2,84,491.
The number of active cases came down to 171 with 25 patients recovering from the infecton in the day.
So far, around 2,80,187 patients recovered from the virus while 4,114 patients lost their lives.
Till date, a total of 45,54,202 people have been tested for the coronavirus of which, 42,69,711 tested negative. Since 7pm on Sunday, at least 2,462 samples were tested in the state.
Chamba district reported five cases, followed by Shimla district (four) and two each from from Kangra and Mandi district.
Those who recovered include four from Chamba district, six from Kangra district, one from Kullu district, five from Mandi district, seven from Shimla district and two from Una district.
Mandi district has 61 active cases, followed Kangra district (31), Shimla (28), Chamba (23), Hamirpur (seven), Una district (six), Kinnaur (five), Kullu (three), Solan (three)and Sirmaur and Bilaspur (two each).
