Himachal Pradesh HC stays eviction process against Shimla Ice Skating Club

SHIMLA Himachal Pradesh Tourism Municipal Corporation

SHIMLA: The high court of Himachal Pradesh has stayed the process of evicting Ice Skating Club of Shimla and has made Municipal Corporation and Tourism department as party respondents in this case.

Now next hearing will be held on Wednesday. The court has also made it clear that henceforth, no vehicle of any kind shall be parked inside the Shimla Ice Skating Rink.
