Himachal Pradesh govt constitutes committee to stop littering near Atal tunnel, Rohtang

SHIMLA: The Himachal Pradesh government has constituted a committee to stop littering near the Atal tunnel, Rohtang. The state government has informed the high court of Himachal Pradesh about this.

During the previous hearing, the high court was informed by the Amicus Curiae that people litter because of laziness, carelessness and irresponsible behaviour along with the belief that there are no consequences of littering and nobody is going to ask for littering.
