SHIMLA: Irked over the statement of state Congress president Pratibha Singh, Himachal Pradesh chief minister Jai Ram Thakur on Monday indirectly taunted her for having feudal mindset.
Referring to her being from royal family, CM Thakur said that Pratibha Singh comes from a different environment while he himself comes from an ordinary environment. He said that in a democracy, the common people are supreme and visiting the houses of common man does not lower the dignity of chief minister’s office.
