Hilary Duff has hit back at parent-shamers after she was slammed for letting her toddler ride without a car seat.
During an interview with Romper on Wednesday, the 34-year-old actress responded to critics who went in on her and husband Matthew Koma for allowing their three-year-old daughter Banks to travel without any car seat.
The furious Lizzie McGuire and Younger star said: "It's not like I'm driving on the 405 with my kids in the back seat without a car seat."
She continued: "You're telling me you've never put your kids in the back seat to drive a block before with an adult back there? I'm like, 'Happy new year to you, too'."
Hilary's best pal and former co-star Molly Bernard filmed Banks posing in the back seat of their car in January.
She added that trolls who found fault with the video had "no context" and did not "know where" it was filmed.
In recent days, Hilary made the headlines after admitting she cringes when her daughter asks for her music to be played.
She confessed that the youngster loves listening to her mum's tunes, even if Hilary doesn't want to herself.
The song in question is Hilary's 2015 track titled Sparks from her last album Breathe In. Breath Out.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan, Hilary said: "I can't get away from it because someone exposed my three-year-old to it.
"We get in the car, and I have to listen to my own music because my daughter's screaming, 'I want 'parks, I want 'parks.' "
She continued: "I'm rolling up to her preschool, and every time I turn it way down she's like, 'Why do you turn it off? Why you turn it off?' Like, girl. I'm not rolling up to your preschool blasting my own s***. So embarrassing."
As well as tot Banks, the actress shares nine-month-old daughter Mae James with hubby Matthew Koma, and nine-year-old son Luca Cruz with ex-husband Mike Comrie.
Last month fans believed that Hilary was expecting baby number four after a cryptic Instagram post.
The photo showed the star and her singer-songwriter beau sitting on a plane wearing face masks.
Matthew is seen staring down at his wife as her eyes remained closed. Her caption for the snap read: "Leaving for a little bit …. The 3 of us."
While fans originally thought it was a baby announcement, it turns out she had tagged While she tagged Third Eye Blind's Stephan Jenkins in the post too who was spotted a few rows behind the couple.
