A McDonald's worker has left social media in stitches as she hilariously revealed what each food order typically tells her about the customer's appearance. Ella, who works behind the till serving customers claims she knows what people will usually order based on what they look like.
The young woman took to TikTok to share her humorous meal predictions ''in the nicest way possible" based on age groups and gender, the Daily Star reports. The viral clip, which has now been viewed over 1.4 million times, begins with the woman stating: "I work at McDonald's and this is what people typically look like who order these things."
She reveals the popular double patty Big Mac burger is more likely to be a middle aged man's choice whereas middle aged women usually order a quarter pounder cheeseburger. The unpopular 'Filet-O-Fish' with the fish and tartare sauce combo is mostly ordered by elderly people.
Ella also insinuated that anyone who orders a burger without a bun is usually a "female lifestyle blogger". In a follow up video, she claims that customers most likely to order a share box of 20 chicken nuggets are young men in their late teens to their mid 20s whereas young women usually opt for a Happy Meal.
Moving on to a McChicken sandwich, she says: ''I feel like this is the most common but everyone who orders this is mostly a '30-year-old couple." She adds that a fan favourite is an apple pie and that people love them: "Everyone loves an apple pie because we are literally always out of these."
She left viewers in fits of laughter as she revealed her customer order ''stereotypes'' which many found themselves personally relating to. One said: "I screamed 'me' at 20 nuggets and I saw the photo...this is a violation."
A second commented: "Oh my God every time I go with my grandparents and they got the Filet-O-Fish!"
"Literally! I work at McDonald's too and this is very accurate," a third added.
However some viewers said they were left feeling "exposed" as one said: "I have the nugget sharebox to myself and I wear hoodies...this is so true I'm crying." Others who order burgers with no bun defended themselves as they said their bizarre requests are down to ''coeliac'' or a gluten intolerance.
