High court notice to govt on plea seeking Karnataka State Open University VC’s removal

Bengaluru

BENGALURU : The high court has ordered issuance of notice to the state government and the office of the chancellor ofuniversities in response to a petition seeking the removal of S Vidyashankar from the post of vice-chancellor (VC) of Karnataka State Open University (KSOU).

Justice S Sunil Dutt Yadav has also ordered notice to Vidyashankar in connection with the petition filed by Dr K Mahadev, 77.
