Lee Johnson has created his own football app that he uses to help with player recruitment, philosophies of managers and everything else Hibs related.
His creation has the works of Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho and Brendan Rodgers stored within his evolving document that he can control who gains access and what is displayed and can be deleted. The new Easter Road gaffer has described it as his 'playing philosophy' and now that he is at a club everything based around him is removed - but when looking for a job it works as a CV.
The tool is also used when signing up players with the 41-year-old using summer signing Jair Tavares from Benfica as an example of making his app work. Hibs boss Johnson said: "There's a bit of an underground black market in footballing documents. It's quite interesting because I actually built an app. It's an evolving document. I can control who sees it and I can delete things, whereas a PowerPoint gets shared everywhere.
