Hezbollah Launches Rockets Towards Israel, Causing Damage And Fires

Rockets fired from Gaza head towards Israel, as seen from Southern Israel

According to an Israeli military spokesperson, approximately 100 projectiles, including rockets, have been launched by Hezbollah toward Israel since midnight. The majority of these rockets appeared to be targeting the Lower Galilee and HaAmakim areas in northern Israel.

The Israeli military reported that most of the projectiles were successfully intercepted, but some buildings in the area sustained damage as a result of the attacks. Israel Fire and Rescue Services crews were observed working to extinguish fires caused by the rocket strikes, as shown in video footage released earlier today.

Meanwhile, in response to the attacks, the Israeli military has been conducting strikes on Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon. The situation remains tense as both sides engage in military actions.

Hezbollah's rocket attacks and Israel's retaliatory strikes have raised concerns about escalating tensions in the region. The ongoing conflict underscores the volatile nature of the Israeli-Lebanese border and the potential for further violence.

As the situation continues to develop, both Israel and Hezbollah are closely monitoring each other's actions, with the risk of further hostilities looming. The international community is also watching the situation closely, urging restraint and a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
