Rockets are fired from Gaza towards Israel

Hezbollah announced on Friday that it had launched a barrage of rockets targeting the Galilee region in northern Israel. The rockets were aimed at the Zebulun settlement in the Galilee area, with Hezbollah stating that the attack was in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, as well as in defense of Lebanon and its citizens.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that approximately 15 projectiles were detected crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory. The IDF reported that some of the rockets were intercepted, while others landed in the area.
