Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for a drone attack that targeted the house of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the town of Caesarea. The announcement was made by Hezbollah's head of media relations, Mohammad Afif, who stated that the Islamic Resistance was behind the operation.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Afif declared that Hezbollah takes full and exclusive responsibility for the attack on Netanyahu's home. He also issued a warning, indicating that there could be further confrontations in the future.

Israeli authorities confirmed on Tuesday that the drone had indeed struck the prime minister's residence. Fortunately, Netanyahu and his wife were not present at the time of the incident.

Following the attack, Netanyahu's spokesperson acknowledged the incident and attributed it to 'agents of Iran.' Netanyahu vowed that those responsible for the attack would face consequences.

However, Iran denied any involvement in the drone strike, asserting that the operation was carried out by Hezbollah. This denial came in response to accusations linking Iran to the attack.

The incident has raised tensions in the region, with both Israel and Hezbollah making strong statements in the aftermath of the drone attack. The situation remains fluid as the parties involved navigate the implications of this event.
