Hexaware names Vivek Jetley as next CEO as Ramakarthikeyan quits

Carlyle-backed Hexaware Technologies has appointed senior EXL executive Vivek Jetley as its CEO designate, after current chief executive Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan announced his resignation.

Ramakarthikeyan, who has led Hexaware for 12 years, will also step down as whole-time director of the company and director of its subsidiaries, Hexaware said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.
