A hero Brit helped save the lives of dozens of Ukrainians, including pregnant women, disabled elderly people and a newborn baby, by driving them out of harm’s way in his black cab.
Roman Tymchyshyn, 31, has transported around 80 people across the Polish border since February 28.
In that time he has clocked up 2,800 miles in his taxi, driving around 300 miles a day through the chaos of Ukraine.
