Here's Why This Tesla Analyst Expects Battery Costs To Drop As More EVs Reach End Of Life

Tesla Inc’s (NASDAQ:TSLA) ability to recycle the bulk of raw materials from batteries could lead to significant battery cost declines and lift the importance of recycling as more electric vehicles reach end-of-life, Ark Investment Management analyst Sam Korus said.

What Happened: Austin, Texas-based Tesla can recover 92% of raw materials from batteries, Korus said, citing the EV maker’s 2021 Impact Report.
