Much like it's predecessor, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom once again has you chasing down shooting stars to collect some extremely handy Star Fragments.
Much like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild before it, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is packed with countless things in the distance to grab your attention. One such distraction is the Star Fragments, which were also present in Zelda: Breath of the Wild – so series veterans might be used to them.
In the prior entry these Star Fragments were used as materials to upgrade certain armour sets, which is what they do in Tears of the Kingdom (plus they can still be sold for a pretty 200 Rupees). However, as you've come to expect from this expanded sequel, there's a few more tricks you can perform with the Star Fragments in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
