Here's What You Need to Know About 'La Reina del Flow' Season 3

In Spanish

After a three-year hiatus, Yeimy Montoya and Charly Flow are set to rekindle their love in the third season of the hit telenovela 'La Reina del Flow.' Some main cast members return to continue the story, while others have decided not to reprise their roles.

Recently, Caracol Televisión confirmed the new season, consisting of 80 episodes, marking another milestone for Colombian television.

Returning cast members include Carolina Ramírez, Carlos Torres, Mariana Gómez, Juan Manuel Restrepo, Mariana Garzón, and Adriana Arango, as the show once again delves into the world of Latin music and explores the relationships between its iconic couples.

The New Cast Members of 'La Reina del Flow'

The fresh faces will hopefully bring action, energy, and, most importantly, great music to the third season.

New cast members include Rami Herrera, Mauricio Cujar, Alisson Joan, Eduardo Pérez, Juana Arboleda, and Manolo Alzamora, who join the show after the last season's finale, where Yeimy gave Charly another chance despite his repeated betrayal.

The Characters We Won't See

Camila Taborda, who played Zafiro, will not return. She shared on social media, "The question everyone keeps asking is whether Zafiro is returning, and the answer is no, my loves. I won't be returning. It was tough to accept, as I love Zafiro and 'La Reina del Flow,' but everything happens for a reason."

Likewise, Cris Vega, played by Kevin Bury in the first two seasons, won't return. "They didn't call me back," Bury commented, adding, "I think Cris Vega was a fun character but didn't add much to the story." Other characters like Manín (Lucho Velasco), Titano (Erik Joel Rodríguez), and Silvia Duarte (Luana Báxter) also exited after the second season as their characters were killed.

Release Date

'La Reina del Flow' season three is expected to premiere in mid-2025, and production is already underway. However, the lead actress will join filming later as she finishes a project in the United States before reuniting with the cast in Colombia.
