Frank McAvennie has claimed he has been told Celtic will have a £40 million warchest to spend this summer.
Martin O'Neill is poised to be announced as the permanent manager at Parkhead and there is expected to be a lot of work done on the squad.

He told his 'Let Me Be Frank' podcast: "I heard £40million. I think there is a lot of players they need to get rid of.
