Hennessy Launches 'Made For More' Campaign With Teyana Taylor, Damson Idris

Hennessy, the renowned cognac brand, has recently unveiled its latest campaign titled 'Made for More,' starring entertainers Teyana Taylor and Damson Idris. The campaign aims to showcase the versatility of Hennessy to appeal to millennial audiences and highlight the brand's ability to enhance various cocktails with its unique flavor profile.

Julie Nollet, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Hennessy, emphasized the brand's position as a leader in the spirits industry, noting that while Hennessy is widely recognized, its versatility in creating flavorful and complex cocktails is not as well-known. The brand offers a diverse range of age and blend selections, catering to different preferences within the cognac niche.

Hennessy has curated an extensive collection of 136 cocktail recipes on its website, featuring modern twists on classic cocktails such as the Hennessy Margarita, Hennessy Colada, and Hennessy Mule. These innovative concoctions have gained popularity among contemporary cocktail enthusiasts, particularly Millennials and Gen Z.

The 'Made for More' campaign features Teyana Taylor and Damson Idris as brand ambassadors, leveraging their charisma and appeal to engage with a modern audience. Teyana Taylor, known for her rising acting career and recent accolades, expressed excitement about collaborating with Hennessy, highlighting her enthusiasm for the project.

Damson Idris, recognized for his outstanding performances in television, including his role in the acclaimed series Snowfall, shared his enthusiasm for partnering with Hennessy. Idris's charm and wit align with the brand's vision to connect with younger consumers through relatable personalities.

Directed by Andreas Nilsson and featuring photography by Micaiah Carter, the 'Made for More' campaign will showcase Taylor and Idris as bartenders crafting Hennessy-infused cocktails in a series of short films. The campaign is set to debut during the upcoming festival season, starting with J. Cole's Dreamville Festival in April.
