A woman was left horrified and ''screamed hysterically'' as she watched a large pit bull tear apart her little Cavapoocho dog while she took him out a walk. Nilufer Kocabas had taken Yellow out around a park in Islington, London, when another dog who was off the leash ran up to her pet in an unprovoked attack.
The panic-stricken woman witnessed little Yellow being picked up from his back by the aggressive pit bull who ran away with him in his mouth and left the two year old dog bleeding. Nilufer, also known as Nilly, recounts how she felt ''helpless' as her pet was brutally attacked and ''hysterically screamed'' because she thought her dog was dead, the Mirror reports.
She told MyLondon: "This guy with two dogs approached from one side and one of the dogs didn’t have a leash so he just ran towards my dog. The guy screamed at me ‘pick your dog from the floor', so basically he knows that his dog attacks small dogs, but there was not enough time.
