'Help has now arrived': Netanyahu sends message to Iran citizens, warns of more strikes against 'terrorist regime'

After Iran's supreme leader Ayotallah Khamenei was killed in a joint Israel strike conducted jointly with US early Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave a stark warning on striking "thousands of targets belonging to the terrorist regime" for Iran's "freedom".

"In the coming days, we shall strike thousands of targets belonging to the terrorist regime. We shall prepare the conditions for the brave people of Iran to free themselves from the chains of tyranny," said Netanyahu in a post on X.
