Helen Skelton has given her social media followers a glimpse behind the scenes at BBC Morning Live. The staple breakfast show airs weekdays at 9:15am and sees presenters including Helen Skelton, Gethin Jones, Kym Marsh and Sam Quek sit down for a mixture of topical chat and expert advice.
Earlier this week presenter Helen was left in tears as The One Show's Alex Jones appeared on the programme to talk all things The Reunion Hotel, a show that sees people reunited with those from their past. Helen got emotional during the chat after a clip of the series left her with goosebumps.
Helen asked Alex: "You're a family person, you must get emotional. I mean I've got goosebumps, I was crying watching that, you must get very invested?"
