Strictly Come Dancing’s Helen Skelton sent a special thanks to Gemma Atkinson as she prepares for the live tour without Gorka Marquez.
The mum-of-three made it to the Strictly final with her professional dancing partner Gorka however they just missed out on lifting the glitterball trophy.
The star is now back in the rehearsal room as she gets ready to perform up and down the country without her former dance partner Gorka - she will instead be paired up with pro dancer Kai Widdrington.
Since joining the Strictly family, Helen has become good friends with Gorka’s fiancé Gemma and the pair always share sweet messages of support to each other.
The Countryfile host was sent a sweet gift from Gemma to use during tour rehearsals. Gemma gifted Helen a khaki green gym outfit from her collection with fashion brand In The Style.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Helen showed off her new look as she posted a picture of herself posing in the outfit and said a special thanks to friend Gemma.
Gemma then re-shared the post with her own 1.8m Instagram followers and wrote: "Looks amazing Helen!" alongside a string of love heart eye emojis. "Go smash the tour and we'll see you in Manc."
Shortly after, Helen shared a photo to her Instagram feed, where she could be seen on the shoulder of Strictly winner Hamza Yassin, alongside Molly Rainford, who was on the shoulder of Tyler West.
She captioned the post: "Big show pending @utilitaarenabirmingham @strictlycomedancinglive let’s go," Helen captioned the picture.
Fans rushed to the comment section to share sweet messages to the stars. @abs_kuzmin commented: “Can't wait to see you all on Saturday, get my poster ready to go.”
