Heln Skelton's ex-husband, Richie Myler, has returned to Instagram following a social media break. It comes after the Leeds Rhinos star posted an explosive rant just last month.
The 32-year-old, who shares three children with Strictly Come Dancing star Helen, dramatically pulled the plug on his social media page four weeks ago.
Back in October Richie told followers he had received "abusive messages'" in a defiant post. The rugby league player wrote: “I’ve decided to put my profile private from now on. If you are on here to share my photos or stories of me and my life maliciously to other people or waste your time sending me abusive messages please just unfollow me.
