Helen Skelton 's ex-husband, Richie Myler is currently celebrating happy family news after learning that his sister Rachel is expecting a baby.
The rugby player, 32, who recently split from Countryfile star Helen, took to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon to share the happy family news.
The proud brother re-shared his sister's adorable Instagram snap which saw her sporting a blossoming baby bump while posing alongside her longterm partner, Thomas.
Alongside the adorable snap, rugby star Richie wrote 'Congratulations,' as he gushed over his sister's happy baby news.
Richie is already a proud dad to three young children, who he shares with his ex Helen, 39.
The former couple are proud parents to children Ernie, 6, Louis, 4, and seven-month-old daughter, Elsie.
Helen and Richie's shock split came just months after their youngest daughter Elsie was born.
Back in April, just four months after Helen and Richie welcomed Elsie, the Countryfile presenter released a heartbreaking announcement on Instagram confirming that her marriage with Richie was over.
Helen shared two heartbreak emojis as she shared an emotional message with fans.
"Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple," she wrote.
"He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co parent our small children."
Helen married the England rugby star in 2013, and the shock announcement came just hours after the TV star had shared a lengthy message about the struggles of motherhood.
"A mama is always full of emotions. Full of love," the post read.
"Full of anxiety and worries. Full of exhaustion and lack of energy. Full of mum guilt and doubt. Full of pride in her kids. Full of pure joy. She feels it all, that's the beauty of her, she carries it all, too. And yet she gets up every day and does it all over again."
Following their shock split, it has been widely reported that Richie has moved on from his marriage breakdown with Stephanie Thirkill, who is the daughter of the multi-millionaire President of the Leeds Rhinos club he plays for.
Meanwhile, Helen has since announced she will be taking part in this year's Strictly Come Dancing.
Speaking about her decision to sign up to the hit show, Helen said at the time: "I'm really excited to get stuck into a fun adventure. My family and friends have always loved the show and can't wait for me to get started."
