Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton has seemingly taken a swipe at her ex Richie Myler in a cryptic New Year's Instagram post. The presenter and Strictly finalist, 39, split from the rugby player last year after nine years of marriage.
Posting a black and white photo of herself in training for Strictly, Helen wrote: "Hey, 2023, this is me. Never complain, never explain, just crack on." She credited the photo to her former dance partner Gorka Marquez, saying: "Standard being everyone's social media content man).

Manchester Evening News reports how Gorka commented "Sounds like a day of rehearsals," after his photography was credited. Elsewhere, a second person wrote: "Dreamy!! Happy new year beaut."
A third added: "Get out there with new beginnings!!! You’ve been given a second, better chance. Embrace it, enjoy the new challenges and making new friends." And a fourth simply said: "Happy 2023!"
