Helen Skelton swapped TV presenting and mum duties to "dust off her dancing shoes" this week.
The 39-year-old former Blue Peter star headed to Sunderland on Tuesday night (May 23) to see Beyoncé on her Renaissance tour. The mum-of-three went back to her era of glitter and sparkles - much like during her time on Strictly Come Dancing - as she dressed up in sequin silver pants and had her face painted with glitter.
Helen watched Queen B with Steph's Packed Lunch star Steph McGovern. The pair were seen smiling as they enjoyed drinks and dancing with a group of their friends.
Helen, who reached the Strictly final in December, uploaded two photos from her night at the Renaissance tour to her Instagram grid on Wednesday and wrote: "Dusted off the dancing shoes. @stephlunch. Thank you @beyonce."
Helen's ever growing number of followers were quick to respond to the post, with one asking: "WHERE for the love of all things shiny did you get those stunning trousers??!!! Equally enamoured with Helen's choice out outfit, a second commented: "Bringing the sparkle wherever she goes."
@stuartrichardmoye.bert said: "You look absolutely sensational as always Helen.! @paulamatchsticks added: "You look amazing."
They added: "Love the trousers. Looks like you had a fabulous time, so lovely to see you so happy and enjoying life."
Her celebs pals were quick to react too, with Morning Live colleague Sam Qwek writing: "Not jealous one bit, like not even a tiny bit." British Bake Off star Candice Brown said: "Gorgeous girls."
Meanwhile Steph said: "Beyoncé concert in Sunderland with my mates - it was SENSATIONAL."
