Helen Skelton hides under coat during Strictly rehearsals

It's another week of Strictly rehearsals for Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez after the pair left judges "in awe" last week with their movie performance.

They managed to bag their highest score of the series yet, with a total of 31, and impressed both judges and viewers with their take on Grease's Sandy and Danny. But, it was straight back into rehearsal on Wednesday morning for the pair who have just three days until their next performance and a chance to impress the judges once again.

On the Farm presenter Helen has previously said how the show has left her "feet on fire" and "head exploding". With each new week, a new theme, and a new dance style, the contestants are feeling the pressure, and it seems Helen is one of them.

On Wednesday morning she was seen hiding under a coat during dance rehearsals. Soon after, her and Gorka took a break and went for a coffee together. "Some people use their down time to make TikTok videos, and we have coffee", Helen told her Instagram followers.

The likes of singer Fleur East have been making TikToks each week to get fans excited ahead of the weekend. Helen asked Gorka, "do you think we should be TikTok-ing?.

"No, I hate TikTok. Sorry hate is a strong word - I'm not a fan of TikTok", Gorka said. Laughing at Gorka as he was eating while talking, she asked him: "Are you a fan of coffee and cake?"

Gorka said: "Big time." He went on to explain that before their mid-week rehearsal he had eaten three breakfasts before around 10am.

"I've got toast not cake, my second one actually", Gorka added. "I had porridge already. I had a protein shake. A big bowl of oats in the car and now toast."

The pair have formed quite the bond and fans "can't wait" to see them on screen again this week. Viewers heaped praise on Skelton through social media after her last performance, with many saying the dance was "lovely" and that she is one of the potential early favourites to get the glitter ball trophy.

Strictly Come Dancing will air on BBC on Saturday night at 6.30pm.
