Helen Skelton was being flooded with same message from delighted fans as she returned to TV screens over the weekend. Viewers spent months seeing the 39-year-old sporting sparkling mini dresses and elegant gowns as she took part in Strictly Come Dancing last year.
But on Saturday (March 25), Helen was back on old stomping ground as she headed to Headingley Stadium to present Channel 4's coverage of rugby for the Super League Season. However, the TV and radio star did avoid an awkward run-in as it was a Leeds Rhino home match, the same team that her ex-husband Richie Myler plays for.
Taking to Instagram, Countryfile presenter Helen posed with comedian Adam Hills as they covered the game together. She looked gorgeous in a beige jumpsuit which she sported with a popped collar before completing the look with a brown coat and off-white boots.
As she beamed alongside The Last Leg star Adam, Helen, who wore her blonde locks loose and in curls, wrote to her followers: "Team work makes the dream work …. Always lovely to catch up with so many old friends @channel4 @img." And fans wasted to time in responding.

Earlier this month, Helen heaped praise on her 'brave' daughter to mark International Women's Day. The former Blue Peter star took to Instagram on March 8to mark the annual, global day which celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
Helen, who was showered with support and praise herself while taking part in Strictly with Gorka Marquez, shared a photo of her daughter, Elsie Kate, who turned one in December. The toddler, now 14 months, could be seen with her older brother Louis, five, surrounded by play apparatus at a leisure centre.
Helen captioned the action shot: "On International Women's Day seems only right to acknowledge the one-year-old (14 months) who is so blinking brave she joins the big kids at the circus... oh little lady can't wait to see you take on the world." She then added: "Here's to the daughters we are blessed with and the big brothers who stand by them #womensday."
Helen shares Elsie, Louis and eldest son Ernie, seven, with her ex-husband, rugby star Richie. They announced their separation back in April 2022. Helen penned on her Instagram Story at the time: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
