Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton shared footage on social media of a "lovely" walk in the countryside a day after her ex Richie Myler posted a photo of himself with his pregnant girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill.
The Countryfile presenter, who announced she had separated from Richie last year, showed off the scenic landscape of an undisclosed outdoor location in a video on her Instagram Story, which she shared with her followers. Helen, who shares three children with rugby league player Richie, appeared to be pushing their youngest child Elsie, one, in a pram during the outing.
She teased that she was enjoying herself on the walk, as she accompanied the footage with the song Lovely Day, sung by the late singer Bill Withers. The Strictly Come Dancing finalist later shared a photo from her walk, which showed a flock of sheep within a vast field in the countryside, reports The Mirror.

The posts come after Richie shared a black-and-white photo of himself and his girlfriend Stephanie on his account the previous day. He accompanied the professional photo, which showed Stephanie's baby bump, with a red heart emoji in the caption.
The pair, who are both wearing white clothing in the photo, are seen beaming as they embrace.
Mum-of-three Helen was a finalist in Strictly Come Dancing after impressing judges and viewers with her routines alongside Gorka Marquez.
