Helen Skelton was seen for the first time since time since it was confirmed that she would be the final star to complete this year's Strictly Come Dancing 2022 line-up.
The presenter, 39, spoke about her dancing skills, or lack thereof, during her first BBC Radio 5 show on Sunday morning.
The mum-of-three told listeners: "I can't decide if it's the best or worst thing I've agreed to and it hasn't started yet!"
Former Strictly winner Ore Oduba joined Helen for her BBC Radio debut as the pair discussed how the dance show would take over your life.
Ore predicted the former Blue Presenter would walk away with the glitterball trophy, as he said she was destined for big things on the series.
However, humble Helen was quick to shoot down the early hype and insisted she is a complete beginner.
She also revealed that she was only persuaded to do the show 'a few days ago.'
"The thing that makes me nervous... I agreed to it a few days ago and people keep saying, 'Can you dance ?' and I say no because isn't it the point to learn to dance?"
Ore reassured her that it 'doesn't matter' if you can dance or not and that viewers enjoy watching contestants undergo a dancing journey on the show.
After Ore rallied on about the physical and emotional journey the show takes you on, Helen admitted that a big part of her motivation was to 'wear nice dresses' and have her makeup done.
"I work on farms, I watch cows give birth and stand in wellies," she joked as she admitted she was very excited about the prospect of a weekly makeover.
As well as her TV career, Helen is a hands-on mum of three, with her youngest being just nine-months-old when she starts the show in September.
"People say, 'You have kids, how will you juggle it?'
"Most mums go to work and any mum who gets the chance to gets to go to work have their makeup done, their tea made and learn something fun... I thought that's a gift isn't it?" she explained.
