Helen Skelton backed by Gorka Marquez as she shares exciting news and is told 'you can't stop her'

Helen Skelton had her latest move backed by her Strictly Come Dancing dance partner and pal Gorka Marquez as she told fans the exciting news. The presenter, who captures hearts during the BBC One dance contest last year, took to Instagram to detail her latest project.

On Tuesday, 39-year-old Helen confirmed the upcoming release of her own book, In My Stride: Taking on Life's Adventures, which will be published by Headline on October 12.

On her latest achievement, Helen said, via Hello! Magazine: "What a wonderful opportunity to share some lessons, go down memory lane and revisit some epic adventures. I wanted to document tussles in Uganda, marathons in the desert and adventures on the Amazon before the chaos of the school run clouds my brain too much and I forget it all."
