Helen Skelton and Dan Walker have given fans a filming update as they get ready to appear on our screens for their new Channel 5 series showcasing the Pennines.
The four-part series, which is called ‘Dan and Helen’s Pennine Adventure’, will see the close friends and presenters explore Britain's first and finest long-distance trail, The Pennine Way.
Together they will meet the people that live and work there as they seek out the hidden gems and secrets of the area. They will discover the diverse communities, industries, and businesses that make up the backbone of Britain, which they both call home.

The duo first announced the news in May and they have now given fans a much needed filming update and it’s not long until they will be back on our TV screens.
In a joint Instagram post the pair shared a number of pics from their adventures together and wrote: “The Pennine Adventure has begun! @pennineadventure @helenskelton.”
Fans are excited to see the pair together as they went straight to the comment section to share their reaction. @Ruthlippy69 commented: “Have fun you two! Hope you’ve got some Kendal Mint Cake.” @Alimarshmaster wrote: “Yay can’t wait for this.”
