Over on her Instagram stories, Helen, who has three children including daughter Delilah, 4, and son Charlie, 2, with footballer Scott Sinclair, shared a glimpse into a meal out with her family. She captured a cute moment between the three children, posting a video of them sat around the table.
In the clip, Delilah can be seen lovingly feeding her little brother ice cream, while Matilda tucks into her own. Helen wrote alongside the short video: "It's absolute chaos with three. But honestly they are so close and love each other so much obviously they argue all the time but the love they have for each other, all three of them".
In another photo posted to her stories, Helen can be seen at the same restaurant pulling a face as she candidly revealed the realities of outings with three children. She wrote: "Before I was covered in poo and Charlie screamed the place down".
