Helen Flanagan shared a pretty relatable response when asked about her hobbies in a fresh Q&A session with her loyal followers. The former Coronation Street star had an unusually quiet spell on social media but has since made a return to her Instagram page with plenty of her fashion and family content.
After watching her former ITV soap co-star Kym Marsh, who she called a 'beauty', show off her new dancing skills on Strictly Come Dancing, Helen, from Bury, implored her followers to ask her a question.
And the answer to one particular question may be one other parents can relate to. Helen, who shares daughters Matilda, seven, and Delilah, four, and one-year-old son Charlie with footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair, was asked by a fan: "What hobbies do you have?"
Alongside a sweet picture of her holding her daughters hands as they donned sweet teddy bear patterned rain coats, the mum-of-three replied: "Zero [crying laughing emoji]. Too busy being a taxi to my baby girls' hobbies." And she wasn't wrong as she later shared her trips to ballet class and then swimming.
She was also asked more personal questions, such as whether she gets lip fillers. "No I don't have lip filler," the 32-year-old replied. "They are just naturally more full but I am a girls girl and support women whatever their choices they choose with anything cosmetic. Whatever makes them feel happy and confident."
But it wasn't long until Corrie was mentioned as one of her millions of followers asked: "Do you miss Coronation Street?" Sharing a picture of her as Rosie Webster in the ITV soap, Helen replied: "Of course [heart emoji]. Always [heart emoji]."
And Helen has since teased a return to the famous cobbles. Speaking exclusively to OK! magazine, the soap star didn't rule out stepping back into Rosie’s shoes. "I’d love to go back to Coronation Street at some point," she said.
"I think it’s obvious that everything I do work-wise just works around the kids. So yeah, probably when Charlie gets a little bit older, maybe. But I think while he’s young and Charlie’s like my last – unless I have another one when I’m a lot older. So I really want to enjoy that baby stage. I don’t want to miss out."
Last month, Helen shared that she has finally set a date to get married after getting engaged six years ago. The actress said 'Yes' to partner Scott back in 2018 and they have now been together for 13 years. The former Celtic star announced the happy news at the time on his Instagram account by sharing a snap of the romantic moment he got down on one knee. "She said YES!" Scott gushed in the caption, alongside a shot of him and Helen in front of the Cinderella's castle at Disneyland.
After planning on getting married in 2020, the couple had to put their date back after "getting lazy" with planning. But Bury-born Helen says the pair have now set some plans for their big day.
"I have set a date. I'm so picky. I finally found my wedding venue," she told The Mirror. "I don't want to give it away, but basically everybody wants this venue. I think what it is as well as me and Scott have been together for so long. We've been together for 13 years now. I've been with Scott since I've was 19, I'm 32 now, so I think we are probably a little bit laid back because it does feel like a marriage anyway."
