Helen Flanagan experienced the pain of parenting young children after a night out earlier today.
The former Coronation Street star, 32, enjoyed a night on the town with a pal on Saturday night, looking sensational as she got into the Halloween spirit in a sexy devil outfit - complete with artificial horns protruding from her forehead.
But just hours after looking glam in a red latex bra and high-waisted matching trousers, Helen was rocking a very different look this afternoon as she shared a hilarious parenting anecdote with her fans.
The actress - who has reportedly split from footballer Scott Sinclair, 33, after 13 years together - took to her Instagram Stories to share a candid video message with her followers while dressed in an over-sized black T-shirt covered in stains.
"Charlie's covered me in yoghurt," Helen explained to her fans online, with a despaired look across her face.
"I was up early this morning. I can never really properly let my hair down as the kids have me up but it was still nice to go out for Halloween," she continued.
Scott and Helen have three children together – Matilda, 7, Delilah, 4, and son Charlie, 1 – and first started dating in 2009, with the footballer popping the question in 2018.
During the video update Helen perched her left hand on her hip - with her huge engagement ring from Scott noticeably absent.
"I never get that drunk or anything because I get up for the kids," the one-time I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! star added when speaking with her Instagram followers earlier today.
Helen's ring-free Instagram Stories come following the star's appearance at the Pride of Britain awards on Monday night, where she coyly tried to keep her left hand hidden in pictures.
As she walked the red carpet and posed for pictures outside Grosvenor House in London, Helen's huge diamond rock was seemingly nowhere to be seen, as the former soap star cleverly kept her left hand out of shot and hidden behind her back at times.
Earlier this month, an insider claimed Scott and Helen "hit a rough patch in the summer" and the mum-of-three has already told her close friends and family that she is "no longer with Scott".
"Helen has removed her engagement ring and told those close to her that she is no longer with Scott," they said.
"They hit a rough patch in the summer and after Helen came back from South Africa it ended for good," the source added to The Sun.
"Helen and Scott have committed to co-parenting their kids as a family unit."
Scott and Helen reportedly called time on their relationship as the the former Corrie star finished filming ITV ’s I’m A Celebrity All Stars in South Africa.
