Helen Flanagan says she's 'proud' and 'embraces' her bikini body more as a mum-of-three

Helen Flanagan has partnered with juice drink Oasis to launch the brand's empowering 'Be Your Own Oasis' campaign as she revealed she embraces her bikini body more now she's had three children.

Speaking about the campaign, Helen told Mirror she felt it was "important to be yourself" and embrace your body especially in the summer.

She said: "It's important to be yourself and with the summer and everyone being in bikinis, I've had three children, I'm really proud of my body and it's really important to embrace being you.

"The older you get, I'm going to be 33 this summer, I do think you [embrace] yourself and your body more. When you're in a bikini you should embrace being yourself and be comfortable in your own skin."

Earlier this year, Helen returned to the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! jungle for an All Stars edition in South Africa, where she battled it out with a host of other former campmates in a series of Bush Tucker Trials.

The Coronation Street star admitted she wasn't keen in taking part in the special series when she was first contacted by ITV.

She admitted: I said, 'No don't be so ridiculous, I'll be rubbish,' and then my best friend was like, 'You should do it and you should go back and be totally different.' I'm glad I did it, I really enjoyed it."

Speaking on how she felt different the second time around, Helen added: "I knew what I was letting myself in for so I felt more prepared."

On Wednesday, Helen, Jordan Banjo, Made In Chelsea stars Miles Nazaire and Emily Blackwell partnered with juice drink Oasis by transforming the iconic Soho Square Gardens in London into an exotic Oasis tiki bar.

Oasis' new campaign is all about loving yourself just as you are with the brand stating: "With Oasis, you’ll be the same person you were before you drank the juice, just better refreshed. Oasis’ aim isn’t to change people’s life, it’s simply to change people’s lunch hour."

Oasis Senior Brand Manager Dorothea Drews said: “We’ve been so excited to launch the new Oasis Exotic Zero drink and we can’t wait for everyone to enjoy its delicious and unique mango and passionfruit flavour! Our aim is to encourage people to ‘Be Your Own Oasis’ and to make their lunch-hours just a tad more exotic, wherever they are.”
